COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE MEMBER
Katrina Schwarz is a three-year volunteer on the WBCC Communications Committee. She got involved with the organization because of her strong interest in women’s issues and desire to help make a difference. She values WBCC’s commitment to creating change through public policy and keeping women better informed about their health.
Katrina has a Master of Arts in Media Studies from UW-Milwaukee. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a minor in Global Communications and German. She is currently a marketing manager at a trade association. She also held a number of marketing, public relations, and journalism internships in both the United States and Germany while going to school. When she isn’t working, she enjoys learning foreign languages, writing, learning to code, and working on graphic design projects.
